Cookie Policy

This is an informative English translation. The legally binding version is the Czech original at gutiva.cz — the contract is concluded in Czech and governed by Czech law. In the event of any discrepancy, the Czech wording prevails. This policy explains the use of cookies on https://gutiva.cz. It follows Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. (the opt-in principle) and the GDPR.

1. Types of cookies

  • Necessary (technical): required for the website to function and to store your consent choice — set without consent, on the basis of necessity for the service you requested.
  • Analytics: measuring traffic and behaviour on the site (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity) — only with your consent.
  • Marketing: ad targeting and measurement (Meta Pixel) — only with your consent.

A specific list of individual cookies (name, purpose, lifetime, recipient) is available in the consent management tool (CMP) in the site footer. The website uses Google consent mode v2 — analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded until consent is given.

3. Lifetime and further information

Cookies may be short-lived (session cookies — deleted when you close the browser) or long-lived (persistent, with a fixed lifetime). See the CMP tool for specific lifetimes. Information about the controller and about data subject rights is in the Privacy Policy (GDPR) document. The current wording, with its effective date, is always published on the website.
